The owners of this beautiful family cottage and vacation rental had completed several updates and small renovations throughout the property and wanted to appeal to a more affluent clientele by upping their marketing game. The approach for the logo focused on the quiet lake location, proximity to larger busier cottage sights, and property features like water activities and large angled windows that let in the views.

The colour palette, tone of voice, photography style, etc. was designed with the owner’s preferred target renters in mind: multi-generational families. It conveys a family focused atmosphere and laid-back comfortable style that felt premium, bright, tranquil, and approachable among a sea of expensive luxury cottages and rustic log cabins.

What began as a branding endeavour and website update soon became a digital presence overhaul with a brand new website that focused on the key info renters need and extended to a unified suite of documents, social media assets and branded merch for repeat renters.

RESULTS: The property’s elevated look garnered a lot of attention among repeat renters, allowed the owners to raise the weekly rate and helped secure bookings for the entire rental season much sooner in the year than ever before.
