Shortly after Trojan Man’s re-introduction into the brand’s campaigns as a sex-positive sensual adventure guide, the brand launched a cross-country tour with a branded 40-foot trailer. The design challenge was to visually render three distinct versions of the trailer exterior, each inspired by Trojan Man’s sexy boho lair and the brand’s “Big Sexy World” look and feel. The selected version featured an intricate custom pattern of illustrated labium, penises and anuses on the doors. The interior was split into three spaces that offered visitors unique experiences to encourage safe, confident exploration of modern sex:

  1. A space focusing on sex safety, featuring illustrations hand-painted with UV-reactive paint over a vinyl mural. Consumers flipped a switch to view either the top 10 safe words and the top 10 adventurous sex positions.

  2. A space focusing on the senses, via candy dispensers, scented candles, musical instruments, sound-sensitive lighting panels and a multi-textural heat-sensitive wall inspired by three product varieties.

  3. A space focusing on attaining the highest level of sexual enlightenment: self-love. A dimly-lit pleasure chest greeted visitors, and opening it lit the room to reveal a completely-mirrored room, positive affirmations, and the sentiment that all great sex begins with self love (not that kind of self love).

Pop-up visitors also got to load up on Trojan condoms and meet drag royalty Brooke Lynn Hytes. The bilingual vehicle toured the country all summer long offering knowledge, fun and condoms to Pride event and festival goers.
